As part of your application to become a Freelance Writer on MenAndMarriage.com, please review and acknowledge the following:

1. ACCEPTANCE OF SUBMISSION: Men And Marriage LTD (menandmarriage.com) shall have the sole right, in its discretion, to accept or reject your application to become a Freelance Writer for any reason. The decision of Men And Marriage with respect to any application shall be final and binding.

2. You acknowledge and agree that: (i) you are not currently an employee or independent contractor of Men And Marriage and completing the application process and participating in the Freelance Writer selection process does not create any such relationship; and (ii) in the event that you become a Freelance Writer (if Men And Marriage and you enter into an independent contractor agreement), your contract fees will be pursuant to the independent contractor agreement between you and Men And Marriage. As an independent contractor and not an employee you (i) would be responsible for all tax liabilities in connection with any payments from Men And Marriage, (ii) would not be eligible for and will not seek any benefits (e.g., medical/dental insurance, profit sharing, vacation pay, stock, or other benefits of any kind) from Men And Marriage, and (iii) would not be subject to the direction, control, or supervision of Men And Marriage regarding the time spent or procedures followed in performing services as a Independent Contractor; however, pursuant to the contract, Men And Marriage is the final decision-maker regarding the product and materials produced by Independent Contractors and reserves the right to request modifications and/or modify, not publish, or remove such product and materials.

3. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: You represent and warrant to Men And Marriage that:
(a) Materials of any kind that I submit in the application process ("Materials") will be original and created by me and will not be derived from any work of authorship of any third person. The Materials will not violate the copyright, trademark rights or any other intellectual property or any other rights of any other person or entity, including, without limitation, rights of privacy or publicity.
(b) Your application materials and information provided to Men And Marriage, including, without limitation, with respect to education, credentials, qualifications, and other experience are accurate and not deceptive. As a result of experience, study, or training, you reasonably believe that you possess a level of knowledge of the topic for which you are applying for.

4. CHOICE OF LAW: These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the English contract law which regulate contracts in England and Wales, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence.
